How it works

Dermawave Acquaphoresis uses 3 electrical waveforms.

  1. Initial waveforms dilate the tiny openings of hair follicles as well as sweat and sebaceous glands. This allows the transfer of active ingredients down into the skin.
  2. The second waveform targets muscle tone to increase skin firmness and stimulate blood flow and microcirculation. This increased blood flow is critical for the production of collagen, which maintains the skin’s smooth texture and elasticity.
  3. The final waveform is used for drainage of lymph, which contains waste products and toxins that can compromise the skin’s ability to repair efficiently.

Treatments

  • Initial sessions of six treatments
  • Maintenance treatments are suggested every 4-6 weeks
  • Dermal Acquaphoreseis treatments can be used in conjunction with other treatments to maximize the results
  • An at home care system is also suggested to compliment the sessions you receive in the office.
